    City centre on foot

    The apartment is in comfortable walking distance from the centre of Shkodër. Restaurants, cafés and shops 10–15 min on foot.

    A/C in every room

    In July and August Shkodër gets hot (35–40 °C). The apartment has A/C in both the bedroom and the living room — you will not melt during the siesta.

    Everything you need on site

    Kitchen equipment, towels, bed linen, washing machine — you do not need to bring anything. For long-stays (month+) we top up by agreement.

    Help with parking and keys

    On arrival we show you where to park (the street is usually free), hand over keys and walk you through the apartment. For late arrivals we arrange self-check-in with a door code.

    Theth, Albanian Alps, Lake Shkodra, Velipojë beach, Montenegro — all within 1.5 hours by car. The apartment as a calm base between trips.
